Parents App

We are aware of an issue with the Parents App, whereby messages cannot be read or opened by parents.

This mainly seems to affect Android users. An update (hotfix) was pushed through yesterday. If Parents could update the app through the Google Play Store and hopefully this should resolve the issue for Android users going forward. 

With regards to Apple Phone users, Parents App are investigating the issues further, as soon as we receive more information we will let you know.
